who we are
Nessa's Coffee Club is a community site for finding and sharing local, independent coffee shops. You can reach us anytime at hello@nessascoffeeclub.com.
what we collect
- Account data from Google sign-in — your name and email address only.
- Your email address, if you join the newsletter.
- Photos and captions you upload.
- Coffee shops you submit to the map.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Basic usage data, like which pages get visited.
why we collect it
- To create and run your account.
- To show who submitted a shop or photo.
- To send the newsletter you asked for.
- To reply to messages you send us.
who we share it with
We use a few trusted services to run the site:
- Base44 hosts the site and stores the data.
- Resend sends the emails.
- Google provides the sign-in.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
your choices
- You can stop the newsletter at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in every email, or turn it off under settings on your profile page. Account emails, such as password resets, are separate and are always sent.
- You can delete your account yourself. Go to your profile, open settings, and use delete account. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
what deletion removes
When you delete your account we erase your profile, your photos, your bio, your favourites, your newsletter subscription, any shop claims you made, and any messages you sent us through the contact form.
Reviews you wrote, photos you added to a shop page, and coffee shops you added to the map stay on the site, because other members rely on them. We remove your name, your picture and the link to your account from them first, so they are no longer connected to you.
If you would rather we removed that content as well, email hello@nessascoffeeclub.com and we will take it down.

The site uses cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
